Offerings
Private and Relational Engagements for
Inner Reorganization
MindBodyBeing Integration offers sustained, highly customized engagements for leaders, entrepreneurs, conscious professionals, and established organizational groups whose outer capacities may be well developed — while an inner reorganization is already underway. These engagements are not designed to add more to an already full life. Often, inner reorganization includes a falling away of what is no longer necessary, allowing greater simplicity, space, and freedom for what is ready to emerge.
Private 1:1 Integration Sessions
Private 1:1 Integration offers a sustained, individualized container for those navigating a significant threshold, transition, expansion, loss, creative emergence, or inner reorganization. Each engagement is shaped in response to the person’s lived context, inner signals, and what is ready to emerge.
Presence Embodiment Practices™ invite conscious participation in The Inner Journey, refining perception, embodiment, Inner Listening, and receptivity to what is emerging. The process does not ask participants to reject what is present. What is here can be noticed, made room for, and met with Acceptance and Curiosity. Nothing has to be fixed before it can be listened to.
Relational Immersion
Relational Immersion is designed initially for an existing team or established organizational group. Relational means more than gathering people together. Mind is embodied and relational. In MindBodyBeing Integration, Embodiment is conscious participation in lived experience, and the Body provides the living ground through which that participation occurs.
The Relational Field is what arises between and among participants as increasing awareness, Presence, and embodied participation enter relationship. An established group already carries a relational history: patterns of attention, communication, protection, response, trust, tension, creativity, authority, and decision-making. Some patterns contribute to coherence. Others may limit individual and group capacity to perceive what is ready to emerge.
Relational Immersion offers a sustained container in which participants can listen inward while becoming increasingly aware of what is occurring among them. Presence Embodiment Practices™ cultivate embodied participation and greater capacity to remain present within the Relational Field. As embodied and relational patterns reorganize, organizational culture may begin to reorganize with them.
Readiness Before Entry
Consideration of a Relational Immersion may begin with a Resonance Conversation with a sponsor, internal scout, or trusted consultant who is exploring whether MBBI may be aligned with the organization. If there is sufficient resonance to continue, a separate Resonance Conversation is held with the leader of the prospective team or organizational group.
Before the group itself is considered for Relational Immersion, the leader enters The Inner Journey personally through Private 1:1 Integration. This allows the leader to encounter the process directly rather than asking others to participate in something they have not experienced themselves.
Readiness is then explored with the prospective group and its participants. Questioning, uncertainty, and healthy skepticism are welcome. Coercion is not. The interest of a sponsor or leader alone does not establish group readiness.
Confidentiality and Guardrails
Strict confidentiality is essential to the Relational Immersion container. MBBI offers an initial set of guardrails, which participants review, discuss, and revise together so that the agreements that hold the shared Relational Field are consciously understood and held by the group.
Individual privacy and inner authority are intentionally protected within the larger relational process. Everyone who enters the container participates under the same confidentiality agreements and guardrails.
Immersion
A dedicated place and duration are essential to the deeper Relational Immersion experience. Time away from the group’s habitual environment creates conditions for sustained participation, Presence Embodiment Practices™, attentive inner listening, and the possibility of perceiving familiar relational patterns from a different orientation.
The Immersion is held within the larger engagement rather than as an isolated event.
The Inner Journey
The Inner Journey is the developmental arc within both Private 1:1 Integration and Relational Immersion. The journey begins with a willingness to turn toward direct experience. Curiosity helps open that doorway. Acceptance makes room for what is already here without requiring rejection, correction, or premature interpretation. Trust allows direct experience to become increasingly available as a source of information rather than being immediately overridden by conditioned interpretation or external authority.
Within a Relational Immersion, each participant moves through The Inner Journey individually while participating within a shared Relational Field. Participants do not need to have identical experiences or move at the same pace. What becomes more perceptible within an individual can affect what becomes possible relationally, and what becomes more perceptible in relationship can clarify individual awareness.

A Customized Engagement
No two MBBI engagements are identical. Rather than following a fixed sequence imposed from the outside, each engagement develops in relationship with the person or people involved, the conditions present, and the reorganization that is ready to unfold.
Structure is present.
So is responsiveness.
The process is guided
without being predetermined.
Readiness & Mutual Fit
MBBI is not a formula, quick intervention, performance strategy, or externally imposed change process. For an individual, readiness may begin with the recognition that familiar ways of holding, managing, striving, adapting, or moving through life no longer feel fully aligned. It is not necessary to know exactly what is changing.
Sometimes readiness begins with willingness:
to become curious,
to turn inward,
to loosen attachment
to what is already known,
and to make room for direct experience.
For Relational Immersion, readiness includes sufficient willingness among participants and enough openness within the emerging or established Relational Field for meaningful participation. The question is whether the conditions are present for meaningful reorganization — and whether the timing, people, and container are aligned enough for that movement to unfold.
Resonance Conversation
The first step toward Private 1:1 Integration is a Resonance Conversation. It is an opportunity to sense readiness, timing, and whether Private 1:1 Integration is aligned with what is emerging.
For an organizational inquiry, the initial Resonance Conversation begins a broader discernment process. There is no assumption that every inquiry will result in an engagement. Fees, structure, and next steps are discussed privately once there is greater clarity about readiness, alignment, and the form of engagement.
