Transformation Catalyst · Inner Landscape Guide

Diane Barnes is the founder of MindBodyBeing Integration and an Inner Landscape Guide accompanying leaders, entrepreneurs, and conscious professionals through inner reorganization and presence-led coherence.

For more than five decades, Diane has followed a path of inquiry, practice, leadership, embodied change, and inner leadership across corporate, academic, military, contemplative, and private client settings.

Her offerings emerge from a lifelong devotion to the relationship between inner life and outer capacity.

The Path That Became MBBI

Diane’s path has developed through sustained study, direct experience, and practice.

Founded in 1994, Mindful Living Studio became the home for an evolving body of practice, teaching, and inquiry.

Today, that lifelong thread continues as MindBodyBeing Integration, where the inquiry takes form through The Inner Journey — a signature eight-stage process of attending to the signals, patterns, protective structures, and emerging possibilities within the Inner Landscape.

Over decades of practice, teaching, and direct experience within the Inner Landscape, this inquiry evolved into Presence Embodiment Practices™ (PEP).

Rooted in Practice

Diane’s background spans leadership development, psychology, military education, experience within complex organizational systems, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Integrative Yoga Therapy, higher education, and decades of contemplative inquiry.

Her formation also includes intensive insight meditation practice, residential retreat immersion, and the leadership of immersions integrating mindfulness, embodiment, and inner inquiry.

MBBI is not drawn from a single method or lineage.

MBBI has developed through decades of integration — informed by lived experience, teaching, private engagement, group facilitation, and continued observation of the conditions through which meaningful inner reorganization becomes possible.

The Role of the Guide

As a Transformation Catalyst and Inner Landscape Guide, Diane offers the conditions for attuned Inner Listening, discernment, trust in one’s own experience, and the emergence of Inner Authority.

Together, Guide and participant attend to the range of energy and information arising in the Inner Landscape. With increasing openness to what is present, signal can be discerned from noise.

With greater availability to Presence, perception can clarify and what is meaningful becomes easier to recognize.

The invitation is to turn inward and enter The Inner Journey — a signature eight-stage process through which greater availability to Presence and responsiveness to what is emerging from within can develop.
